William Cruce

Mr. William Owen Cruce, age 81, of Wingo, Kentucky, passed away on Thursday, December 25, 2025, at the Baptist Health in Paducah, Kentucky.

Mr. Cruce was born in Obion County, Tennessee, to the late John Richard Cruce and Mary Lovella Elkins Cruce. He was an electrician and inspector for the Ford Motor Company, and after his retirement, he worked for the South Fulton Elementary School. 

He is survived by his wife, Dianna Rickman Cruce of Wingo, KY, whom he married on March 24, 1965, in Dresden, TN. He is also survived by a son, Richard William Cruce of Wingo, KY, and a brother, Bobby Joe Cruce of Jacksonville, FL.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by a brother and a sister. 

Funeral Services for Mr. William Cruce will be held at 1:00 PM Tuesday, December 30, 2025, at the Hornbeak Funeral Chapel in Fulton, KY.  Burial will follow in the Mt. Pleasant Cemetery near Pilot Oak, KY. Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 11:00 AM Tuesday until the hour of the service.
