Shanna L. Cook

Ms. Shanna Lee Cook, age 48, of Water Valley,
KY passed away Monday, November 20, 2023
at her residence.

She was born on October 10, 1975 in Union
City, TN to Danny Cook and Rose Ann
(Caruso) Cook of Water Valley, KY.

Shanna was a member of the St. Joseph Catholic
Church in Mayfield, KY and was an LPN at
Green Acres Healthcare in Mayfield, KY.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by her 
children: Damien Cook (Olivia) of Murray, KY
and Alexander Dunn (Cassandra) of Mayfield, 
KY; five grandchildren: Tildyn Cook and Lottie
Cook both of Murray, KY and John, Conner 
and Bransen Dunn all of Mayfield, KY.

A Funeral Mass will be held at 11AM Friday,
November 24, 2023 at the St. Joseph Catholic
Church in Mayfield, KY with burial to follow
in the church cemetery. Visitation will be held 
at the church from 10AM Friday until the hour
of service.
