Quentin Charles Klinkefus

Mr. Quentin Charles Klinkefus, age 81, of South Fulton, passed away early Thursday, December 11, 2025, at his residence. Mr. Quentin was born in Harlen, Iowa, on April 13, 1944, to the Late Charles Klinkefus and Selma Anderson Klinkefus. Mr. Quentin married Florence Currier Klinkefus on October 1962 in Boone, Iowa. He was of the Episcopal faith and a graduate of the University of Tennessee. He retired from the Navy after 24 years. In his later years, he retired from the University of Tennessee at Martin as the supervisor of maintenance.

Mr. Klinkefus is survived by his wife and two sons, David Klinkefus and Scott Klinkefus of South Fulton, TN, a daughter Julie Klinkefus of Tamarac, FL, a sister, Karen (Larry) Schminke of Stratford, Iowa and a brother-in-law, Jim (Linda) Currier of Kirkville, Iowa.  

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by two brothers, Orlin Klinkefus and Harold (Mike) Klinkefus. There will be no services held at the funeral home. A celebration of life service will be held in Boone, Iowa, at a later date.
