Nancy Wade

Ms. Nancy Wade, age 78, of South Fulton, passed away at her residence on Monday, June 30, 2025. Ms. Wade was born on October 19, 1946, in Fulton, KY., to the late Van Latta and Ruth Cherry Latta. Nancy was a long-time member of the South Fulton Baptist Church and was a housewife. She was married to the late Wendell Wade and had lived all of her life in this area. 

Ms. Wade is survived by two sons, Bobby (Kim) Wade of Stanley, VA, and Jeff (Lisa) Wade of South Fulton, TN. She had five grandchildren: Lauren (Brett) Smalley of Signal Mountain, TN, Cherish (Josh) Parish of South Fulton, TN, Jacob (Maria) Wade of Staunton, VA, Hunter (Meredith) Wade of Louisville, KY, Justin (Skyler) Wade of Fulton, KY, and fifteen great-grandchildren.

In addition to her husband and parents, Ms. Wade is preceded in death by one sister, Joann Weeks, and one brother, Tommy Latta.

Graveside services for Ms. Nancy Wade will be held at 3:00 PM on Wednesday, July 2, 2025, at the Obion County Memorial Gardens. Dr. Ron Cox will officiate. There will be no visitation held at the funeral home. Hornbeak Funeral Chapel in Fulton, KY, is in charge of arrangements.
