Grayson Ryan Brooks Kohagen, infant son of Ryan Kohagen and Kala Mosley of Fulton, KY, was born prematurely on Sunday, March 22, 2026, and passed away at his residence.
In addition to his parents Grayson is survived by three sisters, Angel Mosley, Madison Mosley and Mileigh O'Connor, one brother, Hunter Mosley, Maternal grandparents, Eric and Andrea Brock of Fulton and Gerald and Amanda Fore of Walnut, MS, Paternal grandparents, Kim and Shawn Kohagen of Tripoli, IW and Kim and Michael Lynch from Reeves, TN, several aunts and uncles, Shane and Ashley Brock, Jeffery and Holly Brock, Justin Brock, Jordyn Fore, Lindsey Bearden, Cheyenne Fore, K.J. Fore, Allie Kohagen and Michael Forrest.
There will be no services held at the funeral home.
