Michael "Mike" Wayne Carter

Mr. Michael Wayne Carter, age 62, of Fulton, KY passed away Thursday, December 4, 2025, at his residence.

He was born on July 16, 1963, in Pineville, LA to the union of James and Ruby Carter residing in Monterey, LA.

Many may know Michael (Mike) for his quiet and independent spirit and his smiting smile. As a young man he served in the United States Army during the Peace-time era in Germany. Mike served and retired with over 35 years at Letica Corps in Rochester, MI with majority time in Fulton, KY.

He leaves to cherish his memories, his parents James and Ruby Carter residing in Lake Charles, LA, his brother Donald Carter of Fulton, KY and a sister Jennifer Carter of Lake Charles, LA. His Uncles Albert Homer Carter of Jonesville, LA and Charles Walker of Pontiac, MI; His Aunts Cora Carter of Jonesville, LA and Delisa of Atlanta, GA, Delise (Derrick) Beverly of Kennesas, GA along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

He was preceded in death by his Grandparents Wess Sr. and Alberta Carter, Minerva Lewis – Walker and Mr. Nathan Walker, his sister Patricia Ann Carter and brother Raymond Carter.

There will be no services held at the funeral home.
