Ms. Kay Crockett, age 71, of South Fulton, TN, passed away Tuesday, November 11, 2025, at Van Ayer Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Martin, Tennessee.

She was born on July 30, 1954, in Fulton, KY, to the late Lonzo Moore and Joyce McFadden Moore.

Kay was a member of South Fulton Baptist Church and was formerly employed with Haws Nursing Home.

She is survived by her children: David (Brandi) Crockett of Broseley, MO, Michael (Kelsey) Crockett of South Fulton, TN; and Cheryl Wright of Union City, TN. She is also survived by nine grandchildren: Madyson (Montana) Baker of Campbell, MO; Austin (Summer) Goodman of Fulton, KY; Bradyn Crockett of Puxico, MO; Lillyn Crockett of Dudley, MO; Haylyn Crockett of Dexter, MO; Matthew Johnson of Union City, TN; Michelle Johnson of Union City, TN; Molly Crockett of South Fulton, TN; and Kyler Crockett of South Fulton, TN.

Additionally, she leaves behind two great-grandchildren, Blakeley Goodman and Emery Baker; one brother, Junior Moore of Mayfield, KY; and two sisters, Brenda Sue Ellegood of Fulton, KY, and Elizabeth (Charles) Barnes of Fulton, KY.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Bazil Crockett.

Graveside services will be held at 2:30 p.m., Saturday, November 15, 2025, at Wingo City Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Saturday from 11:00 a.m. until the time of departure for the cemetery.
