Kathy Ann Stogsdill

Kathy Ann Stogsdill, 71, of Fulton, Kentucky, passed away peacefully on Saturday, May 31, 2025, at Fulton Nursing and Rehab. Born September 9, 1953, to the late Oscar Wade and Kathy Frazier Wade, Kathy spent most of her life in the Fulton and Weakley County areas.

Kathy was a member of McConnell Baptist Church. She enjoyed a long and fulfilling career as a security guard at MTD in Martin, Tennessee, from which she retired. In her leisure time, Kathy found joy in simple pleasures: watching her favorite show, Gunsmoke, engaging in mobile games, enjoying shopping, and most importantly, connecting with her cherished friends.

Kathy will be missed by her daughter, Jackie Cruz of Fulton, KY; and her son, Bradley Coble of Fulton, KY. She leaves behind a legacy of love that extends to her six grandchildren; Diamond Purdum of Knoxville, TN; Destiny and Zachary Purdum of Knoxville, TN; Dakota Coble of Sharon, TN; Jake Coble of Greenfield, TN; and Devon Coble of Jonesboro, AR; as well as five great-grandchildren: Aaron, Zane, Larton, Zakkary, and Marci. She is also survived by her sisters, Hazel Niblett and Angie Brewer of Martin, TN, and her brother, Joe Wade of South Fulton, TN.

Kathy was preceded in death by her husband, Richard Stogsdill; two brothers, Bill and Jesse Wade, and her sister, Betty Newsom.

There will be no services held.

Hornbeak Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
