He lived all of his life in this area. He was a member of South Fulton Baptist Church. He was employed by Peerless Premiere Appliance Co. in Clinton,KY. Formerly employed at Hubble Lighting in Martin, TN. He was a former City Commisioner of South Fulton, TN, and also Former Vice-Mayor of South Fulton TN. He was a Volunteer Fireman and assitant T-Ball coach for the Twin Cities Youth. He was an avid supporter of South Fulton Athletics.
He is survived by his wife to whom he had been married for 5 years, Tammy Snow Bivens South Fulton ,TN.2 sons, Grant and Tyler Bivens of South Fulton, TN. and his father Willis Bivens , South Fulton, TN. 2 sisters-Jeannie Taylor, South Fulton, TN. and Nancy LaRocca, Fulton, KY.1 brother , Lynn Bivens, Portland, Maine.
He was preceded in death by his mother Mary Lou Dublin Bivens.
