John Michael Greer

Mr. John Michael Greer, age 84, of Fulton, Kentucky, passed away on Saturday, January 10, 2026, at The Waters in Union City, Tennessee.

He was born on September 19, 1941, in Glasgow, Kentucky, to the late Woodard Woodson “Woody” Greer and Louamma Jones Greer.

Mr. Greer was a United States Army veteran. Throughout his life, he was employed in various occupations, including working as a janitor for Lever Brothers and at the electric company in Whiting, Indiana. He was known as a very intelligent and capable individual.

He is survived by his nieces and nephews: Wesley Greathouse of Lawrenceville, Georgia; William Greathouse of Ankeny, Iowa; John Greathouse of Millsboro, Delaware; Robert Greathouse of Hanover Park, Illinois; Cynthia Greathouse of Auburn, Maine; and Lydia Kozlowski of Boyce, Louisiana; as well as his cousin, Dr. Bill Smith and wife Ann of Fulton, Kentucky.
