Mr. James "Jim" Earl Bryson, age 82, of Mayfield, KY passed away Monday, June 9, 2025, at the Jackson Purchase Medical Center in Mayfield, KY. He was born in Memphis, TN on November 4, 1942, to the late James Bryson and Anita Peace Bryson.
He spent most of his life in Memphis, TN., and was a United States Navy Veteran. He worked as a contractor consultant for West Kentucky Construction Services. He loved NASCAR, traveling, and photography.
He is survived by his wife of 46 years, Deborah Ann Steele Bryson of Mayfield, KY; four daughters, Shelley (Charles) Leslie of Spring, TX, Jeannie (Ben) Barlow of Albuquerque, NM, Joni (Andrew) Odom of Brandon, MS and Jamie Jackson of Wingo, KY; seven grandchildren, Shea (Mike) Stotts of Rockwall, TX, Richard Huettel of Pflugerville, TX, Bryson, Steele and Charlotte Barlow of Albuquerque, NM, Lily Bryson of Brandon, MS, Robbie Jackson of Wingo, KY; one great-grandchild, Michael Stotts of Rockwall, TX; one sister, Debbie Lyle of Memphis, TN.
A Private Family Service will be held.
