Jerry Hatch

Mr. Jerry Hatch, age 82, and a resident of Hickman County, KY, passed away on Tuesday, June 17, 2025, at the Baptist Health in Paducah, KY. Jerry was born on June 27, 1942, in Henderson County, TN, to the late Bert Allison Hatch and Jewell Hunt Lennox. Mr. Ray and Lucille Pittman of Hickman County raised Jerry. 

Mr. Hatch was a member of the Mt. Moriah Baptist Church and was a lifelong avid hunter and outdoorsman. Jerry was a retired Farmer and former employee of the former Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company in Union City, TN, where he worked in the repair department.

Jerry survived by two daughters; Paula (John) Boaz of Clinton, Ky and Tammy Hatch of Homosassa, FL, three grandchildren Andy Hatch, Justin (Paige) Boaz of Clinton, KY, and Tristin (Jacob) Crittendon of Clinton, KY, three great grandchildren; Knox Boaz, Ivey Boaz, and Nolan Crittendon: two half-sisters, Kaye Richardson of Harris Station and Judy Campbell.

In addition to his parents and Mr. and Mrs. Pittman, he is preceded in death by a stepfather, Mr. Hugo Lennox.

Funeral services for Mr. Jerry Hatch will be held at 1:00 PM on Friday, June 20, 2025, at the Hornbeak Funeral Chapel in Fulton. Rev. Jimmy Boaz will officiate with burial to follow on his family farm in Hickman County. Visitation for Mr. Hatch will be held from 11:00 AM on Friday until the hour of service.
