Jeffery Moss Smith

Mr. Jeffrey Smith, a resident of South Fulton, TN, passed away on Thursday, June 19, 2025, at his residence. Jeff was born in Fulton County, KY, on August 17, 1954, to the late Newton Smith and Norma Jo Moss Smith. Jeff leaves behind his wife, Mrs. Kim Amelia Chandler Smith, to whom he was married on April 13, 2013. Jeffrey was a member of the Oak Grove Missionary Baptist Church in Martin, TN.

Mr. Smith lived all of his life in Weakley and Obion Counties. Jeff was an employment specialist for St. John’s Community Services in Martin, TN, and was a graduate of South Fulton High School.

In addition to his wife, Jeff is survived by two step-children: Elisha (Marvelle) Mays of Martin, TN, and Chanel (Marcus) Graves of Martin, TN, five step-grandchildren; Raschad Windham, Landon Mays, Nazir Martin, Amir Martin, and Makirah Martin all of Martin, TN. Three brothers-in-law; Mark Chandler of Martin, TN, Keith Chandler of Chicago, IL, Bart Chandler of Martin, TN, and a host of relatives and friends.

A public visitation for Mr. Jeff Smith will be held from 1:00 pm until 3:00 pm on Wednesday, June 25, 2025, at the Hornbeak Funeral Chapel in Fulton, KY.
