James May

Mr. James May, age 71, of Union City, TN passed
away Friday, November 17, 2023 at his residence.

He was born in Union City, TN to the late     
Allen May and Opal (Swinney) May on
January 18, 1952.

He worked for Goodyear Tire in Union City, TN 
as a A2-service man. He lived all of his life in this 
area and was an avid hunter, fisherman, and 
loved baseball.

James attended the Seventh Day Adventist Church
in South Fulton, TN.

He is survived by a son, Mikey May of Martin,
TN, two daughters: Michelle Nava of Martin,
TN and April May-Farris (Zach) of Nashville, 
TN, two grandchildren: Kylie May and Jake
May both of Martin, TN, a great granddaughter
Ky'Yohniee May of Martin, TN, a sister,
Doris Dunn of Latham, TN and a special friend,
Joyce May Smith.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death
by two brothers: Robert May and Stephen May.

There will be no services held at the funeral home.
