Her maternal grandparents- Maria and Donald Rattray of South Fulton, TN and maternal grandfather- Robert Hanley of Fulton,KY. Her paternal
grandparents- George and Jan Hooper of South Fulton, TN and Patricia and Steve Becker of Troy,TN. 1 half sister - Kameran Oceana Winstead of Fulton,KY.
Graveside services for Hailey Jewells Hooper will be held at 11 am Saturday, September 1 at the Pinegar Cememtery near Dukedom, TN. Friends may call at the funeral home from 9am Saturday until time to leave for the cemetery for services.
