Mr. David T. Meade II, age 65, of South Fulton, TN passed away
April 15, 2023 at the Baptist Health of Paducah.

He was born on September 29, 1957 in Kansas .

David was a United Stated Army veteran where he served
in Vietnam and was a self employed carpenter.

He is survived by his wife, Teena Larson Meade of South
Fulton, TN and a sister Rose Myrick of Kansas City, KS.

Hornbeak Funeral Chapel, Inc is in charge of cremation
