David Snuggs

Mr. David Arnold Snuggs of Martin, Tn., passed away August 9th, 2026 at his residence. Mr. Snuggs was born March 27th, 1941 to the late David and Freida Snuggs.

David was a graduate of Michigan Center High School in Jackson, Michigan, and a retiree from Goodyear Tire and Rubber, where he worked set-up in the tire room.

Through his dedication to the Masons and Shriners organization, he spent a large part of his life helping hundreds of children and families through some of their most difficult times.

Mr. Snuggs was also an avid car and trike enthusiast. He had collected many both cars and trikes over the years, and enjoyed seeing them on display at car and bike shows.

David is survived by his children, David (Sylvia) Snuggs, Mike (Nita) Snuggs, Lisa (Brit) Parrish, Jeff (Anna) Snuggs, Kevin (Patty) Snuggs, and Nancy Snuggs, along with eleven grandchildren, and fifteen great-grandchildren, and his loving companion "Troubles".

Services for Mr. David Snuggs will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, August 14th, 2026 at Hornbeak Funeral Chapel; visitation beginning at 11a.m. Friday and continue until the service hour. Masonic service will be held.
