Anne Robertson

WE HAVE BEEN ASKED TO MAKE THE FOLLOWING ANNOUNCEMENT

Anne Linton Robertson age 92, of Fulton KY, passed away peacefully on July 26, 2026, while in the care of Trinity Hills Assisted Living Memory Care in Knoxville TN.

Anne was born in Mayfield and lived in Fulton before moving to Knoxville in 2025. While attending Murray College she met and married Bill Robertson and then began a long teaching career in the Fulton City School System as a business teacher.

Anne was an active Rotarian holding many offices including president of the Fulton Rotary club and became District Governor for district 6710 in the first class of District Governors to include females. She held the distinguished honor of being a Paul Harris Fellow. Anne loved to knit, making many prayer shawls and scarves to donate to churches and those in need. She was a long-time member of the First United Methodist Church in Fulton.

Anne is preceded in death by her loving husband Bill Robertson Jr., her parents Otha Clifton Linton and Ruth Coulter Linton, and her brother Oath Webb Linton. She leaves behind her three children and their families.

A memorial service for Anne will be held at the First United Methodist Church in Fulton August 29th at 11:00am with receiving of friends from 9:00am to 11:00am. Burial will immediately follow the service in the Prayer Garden at the church.
